A recent client of ours just moved into a new house where the builders offered several stock fireplace options. They made a wise decision.. None of the above.
So they came to us with their inspiration pictures and we came up with a few options based on those pictures.
And just in time to hang their stockings with care, the fireplace was in. 
I am curious how much installing a mantle such as the ones in the amazing Holladay remodel you did last year would cost? We too are building in the next couple of months and I’m very picky about my fireplace mantle!
I love your work and wish you could just build our house exactly like the holladay home! Anyway I’m also curious if you can spray the mantle once the house is all finished, or if you have to brush paint it. I am picky and like a smooth finish, so always assumed I’d just have to have my builder do it.
